**Definitions**
Service - Any operation performed with, on, or in conjunction with the X3non File Distribution Network.
User(s) - Any individual, or group of individuals who conducts any service with or on the X3non File Distribution Network. 'You' and 'your' refer to the user(s).
Content - Data or information.
INFORMATION GIVEN AT ACCOUNT REGISTRATION MUST BE CORRECT AND CURRENT.
YOU MUST BE 13 YEARS OR OLDER TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT WITH THE X3NON FILE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK.
ALL USERS ARE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE UNITED STATES LAWS.
THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION(S) BY THE X3NON FILE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK.
**You Agree Not To**
1. Upload illegal content
2. Upload adult content
3. Upload malicious content
4. Upload material for which you are not the copyright holder
5. Upload content that may be deemed offensive to other users, as determined by The X3non File Distribution Network. Ex: Racist material
Malicious content is defined by any data, not necessarily executable, that has the potential to cause unwanted behavior on the X3non File Distribution Network server(s), or on any client device(s) used by other user(s) that access the X3non File Distribution Network. This includes Malware, Viruses, and Spyware, etc.
The X3non File Distribution Network reserves the right to remove any or all content that is uploaded or created by a user(s), and will contact the proper legal authorities if necessary.
**Liability**
You agree not to hold X3no Productions, or the X3non File Distribution Network liable for any damage(s) that may be caused by using, contacting, or accessing any services provided.
Neither X3no Productions, nor the X3non File Distribution Network may be held liable for any or all content created or uploaded by users. Attempts will be made to remove offensive material, but guarantees cannot be made towards the safety, or validity of any content.
Neither X3no Productions, nor the X3non File Distribution Network may be held liable for the availability of any content or service(s). It is not recommended that users depend on the availability of any content or service(s) hosted on the X3non File Distribution Network. X3no Productions and the X3non File Distribution Network reserve the right to cancel any and all services at any time without notice.

**User Responsibilities**
1. You are obligated to report any and all content found to be breaking these Terms of Service. 2. You may not distribute your account password. 3. You may not share your account.

**Penalties**
USERS FOUND TO BE BREAKING ANY OR ALL POINTS IN THIS DOCUMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO EITHER A WARNING, OR EJECTION FROM THE X3NON FILE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK.
ALL PENALTIES WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE X3NON FILE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK.
**Miscellaneous**
NEITHER X3NO PRODUCTIONS NOR THE X3NON FILE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK ARE OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT, NOR SUPPORT OF ANY KIND TO USER(S) OF THE SERVICE.
